By accessing or using LabsVault ("the Service"), operated by LabsVault, a Wyoming, USA entity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
LabsVault is a personal health data management platform that allows you to upload, store, and organize your medical lab results. The Service is available under free and paid plans, and includes:
- Lab result PDF upload and AI-powered extraction
- Automatic unit conversion between measurement systems
- Historical tracking of your biomarkers
- Reference range comparisons
Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Plans and Payment
Free Plan
The Service offers a free plan with limited functionality. The free plan is available indefinitely, subject to usage limits. We reserve the right to modify the features and limits of the free plan at any time.
Paid Plan
The paid plan is offered as a one-time lifetime purchase, where "lifetime" means the lifetime of the product (i.e., for as long as LabsVault continues to operate the Service). It does not represent a perpetual or irrevocable license. By purchasing, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable one-time fee at the time of purchase
- Accept that all sales are final after the 30-day money-back guarantee period
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund within this period, contact support [at] labsvault.com. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing purchases.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content you do not have the right to share
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Share your account credentials with others
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service to you. This license does not grant us any rights to use your data for AI model training or any purpose other than delivering the Service.

LabsVault is not a medical service or medical device. The Service is intended for personal record-keeping only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

- Reference ranges shown are for informational purposes only and may not reflect the ranges used by your specific lab or provider
- Do not make medical decisions based solely on information from this Service
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your data), is owned by LabsVault and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
- AI extraction will be accurate, complete, or free from errors
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- The Service will be available at all times or in all locations
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabsVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, health outcomes, or other intangible losses.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to LabsVault. If applicable law does not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability as set forth above, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LabsVault and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account, as deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination by us for cause, no refund will be issued except where required by applicable law or if you are within the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises from these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at support [at] labsvault.com. We will work in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, United States.
Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LabsVault regarding your use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
